WMQTool 6.6!

 

WMQTool is a multipurpose graphical tool used to administer Websphere MQ (earlier MQSeries) software from IBM Corporation. The tool is developed in J2SDK 1.4.1. Attempts are made to make WMQTool a complete tool, which provides all the necessary function alities required in dealing with Websphere MQ. It is extremely useful to Administrators and Developers to work with WebSphere MQ objects and messages. It is the only tool which provides you a legible and formatted data view of all types of MQ messages. You can easily see headers and data separately, with exact positions of bytes. There are lots of interesting features you would like to use. For more information, click on the 'Features' link on the left.

The download contains one setup.exe file. You are supposed to execute this file to install WMQTool. Unlike older versions, this setup.exe will install the tool in Windows standard way.

 

Please make sure that following four jar files in red color are in your System Environmental Variable 'classpath'.

com.ibm.mq.jar

com.ibm.mqbind.jar

connector.jar

 

All of the above jar files can be found at following location on WebSphere MQ Server installation.

<WebSphere MQ Installation directory>/Java/lib

 

com.ibm.mq.pcf.jar

Above jar file can be installed by downloading IBM's Support Pac ms0b from the following link.
