Process Definitions:
By selecting on ‘Process Definitions’ on the tree in the left window, you can have view of Process Definitions in the right hand window.
Right clicking on ‘Process Definitions’ will bring up a popup menu with the following options.
New Process Definition
Refresh
By clicking on ‘New Process Definition’, a new window is displayed with default properties of a new process definition. You may want to change the desired fields properties and save it by clicking on ‘Ok’ or cancel by clicking on ‘Cancel’.
Refreshing all process definitions:
To refresh all the properties of all the process definitions,
You can refresh properties of all the process definitions three ways.
a) By right clicking on ‘Process Definitions’…
1. Right click on ‘Process Definitions’ on the left window. It will bring up a popup menu.
2. Click on ‘Refresh’. It will refresh all the properties of all the process definitions and reflect it in the right window.
b) By clicking on ‘Refresh’ button on the toolbar at the top when ‘Process Definitions’ is selected in the tree.
Actions on Process Definitions:
By right clicking on any process definition in the right window, it displays a popup menu containing following options.
Properties This option brings up another window with properties of the current Process Definition. You may view/change these properties.
Delete Process The current process definition is deleted with this option.
Refresh Process The current process definition is refreshed for latest properties.
